Access to the platform requires an active paid subscription. There is no free trial, free tier, or no-cost access of any kind.

The service is for users aged 18 and over only. Users must provide valid, accurate information when signing up. Puzzly reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.

5.3 Exception — Cancellation Request Within 14 Days of Initial Signup:

Notwithstanding Section 5.2 above, users within 14 calendar days of their initial signup may contact customer support to request review of a cancellation.

Requests will be evaluated at Puzzly's sole discretion, taking actual usage during that period into account. Puzzly does not commit to approving any such request.

Cumulative requirements for review: (a) the request must be sent from the email address registered on the account; (b) it must include the full user name as it appears on the account; (c) it must be sent to support@puzzlyai.com. Requests that don't meet all of these conditions won't be processed.

Before closing your account, please download your invoice copies. After closure you won't have access to billing history.

  • Our payment processor will retry up to 4 times over 14 days.

  • At the end of 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.

Total: 44 days from the first failure to deletion.

7. License and Sales Rights

  • Creator (€39/mo): Full commercial license — you may sell, distribute, and earn from any Creation made while your subscription was active, on any platform (Amazon KDP, Etsy, Gumroad, TPT, Shopify, and others).
"Perpetual License" Policy — Selling After Cancellation:Creations made while your subscription was active can continue to be sold forever, even after you cancel. Not allowed: creating new content after cancellation and selling it.

8. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Puzzly integrates AI tools from licensed third-party providers. No warranty is provided on AI output — results may contain errors and inaccuracies.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or selling it — including checking copyright, compliance with sales platform rules, and factual accuracy.

Puzzly makes no representation about the ability to register copyright on AI-generated content. Use of AI tools is also subject to the terms of the licensed AI providers.

9. Watermark

Creations exported by Creator subscribers include a translucent "Puzzly" watermark in the corner of the page. Master Creator subscribers receive clean PDF files. Removing, obscuring, or covering the watermark is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property and Content Responsibility

Puzzly retains all intellectual property rights to the platform. Users retain the rights to the content they input and the files they export.

Users represent that all content they input is owned by them, properly licensed, or in the public domain — and does not infringe any third party's rights. Puzzly is not liable for claims arising from user-submitted content.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Puzzly harmless from all legal costs arising out of any breach of these Terms, copyright infringement, or use of AI-generated content — including claims from sales platforms or rights holders.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available." Puzzly and its representatives disclaim all liability for damages of any kind — direct, indirect, consequential, or special — arising from: outages, service interruptions, technical failures, third-party provider failures, power outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, war, hackers, or any force majeure.

Users waive in advance, fully and finally, any claim, demand, or lawsuit against Puzzly on these grounds.

Maximum Liability Cap: if any liability is established, the maximum amount shall not exceed one month's subscription fees paid prior to the date of the damage.

13. Privacy, Data, and Inactive Accounts

Puzzly handles personal data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and our Privacy Policy.

An account with no active sign-in for 12 consecutive months, following 30 days' prior notice with no response, may be deemed inactive and deleted.

14. Electronic Communications

Use of the service constitutes consent to receive operational emails (invoices, service updates). Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

15. Third-Party Sales Platforms — Amazon KDP and Others

Puzzly provides tools for creating digital content only. Puzzly is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Amazon.com, Amazon KDP, or any other sales platform.

Puzzly makes no warranty and does not guarantee:

  • Any financial outcome, income, profit, or sales target.
  • Approval of books, content, or accounts by Amazon KDP or any other platform.
  • That outputs meet the technical, design, or content requirements of any sales platform.
  • Marketing, sales, distribution, or sales performance of any product made with the platform.

User Responsibilities — Action Required on Your Part:

  • Opening seller accounts on sales platforms (such as Amazon KDP) is solely your responsibility.
  • Reviewing and complying with all terms, guidelines, and quality requirements of each platform.
  • Verifying that all details, titles, covers, and content meet sales-platform requirements before publishing.
  • Handling rejections, restrictions, suspensions, or any other issues with sales platforms on your own.

Puzzly will not be liable for any damage, lost income, or expenses resulting from content rejection, account suspension, or any sanction from a sales platform.

15.1 Mandatory AI Disclosure — Required by Law and Platform Rules

Puzzly uses artificial intelligence to generate content (including but not limited to: puzzle grids, word lists, illustrations, story text, and activity pages). If you sell, distribute, or publish any content created with Puzzly on Amazon KDP, Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or any other sales platform, you are legally required to disclose that the content was created with the assistance of AI tools.

This obligation arises independently from Puzzly's terms — it is imposed by the platforms themselves (including Amazon KDP's content guidelines, effective 2024) and may be required by applicable law. Puzzly does not relieve you of this obligation.

  • On Amazon KDP: you must check the "AI-generated content" disclosure box in the publishing workflow for any content created in whole or in part using AI tools.
  • On Etsy: you must disclose AI use in your product listing description where AI tools were used in creation.
  • On all other platforms: check and comply with the platform's current AI disclosure requirements before publishing.

Failure to disclose AI use as required by a sales platform is solely your responsibility. Puzzly is not liable for any account suspension, listing removal, or legal action arising from your failure to comply with platform AI disclosure requirements.

16. General Provisions

Changes to these Terms: Puzzly may update these Terms with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Waiver: Failure to enforce a right in particular circumstances does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest of the agreement remains in full force.

Assignment: Users may not assign their rights to a third party. Puzzly may assign its rights — including in a merger or sale.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Israeli law applies exclusively. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District.

17. Illustration Tool — Credits and Liability

17.1 Illustration Credits
  • Creator subscribers receive 1,000 credits per month for the illustration tool.
  • Each illustration costs 16 credits — whether it's a character only, character in a scene, or a background.
  • Credits reset automatically on the subscription renewal date each month.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Additional credit packs are available for purchase — see pricing page for details.
17.2 Liability for Results — Important

Illustrations are generated using a third-party AI model (OpenAI DALL-E 3). Puzzly does not control the exact output the model produces.

  • Puzzly is not liable for any mismatch between expectations and actual results.
  • Puzzly does not guarantee absolute consistency between different illustrations within the same book.
  • Used credits will not be refunded for dissatisfaction with results.
  • Verifying that illustrations are suitable for publishing, sale, and sales platforms is solely the user's responsibility.
17.3 Contacting Support About Illustrations

For exceptional issues (offensive output, proven technical errors), you can reach out to support:

  • Contact: support@puzzlyai.com
  • Required: a screenshot of your request (what was entered at each step) plus a screenshot of the result you received.
  • Requests without screenshots will not be processed.
  • Puzzly will review each request and respond within 5 business days.
17.4 Purchased Credit Packs — Validity and Expiration

In addition to the monthly subscription allowance described in Section 17.1, users may purchase supplemental credit packs to extend their illustration capacity within a given period.

Purchased credits expire ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Any credits remaining in the account after this period will be automatically removed and shall not be restored, refunded, transferred, or otherwise compensated, regardless of the reason for non-use or the status of the underlying subscription.

Users are accordingly advised to purchase credit packs in quantities that reflect their realistic workload over the upcoming ninety-day window. Where the projected need is uncertain, the acquisition of a smaller pack — to be replenished as required — is preferable to the acquisition of a larger pack that may go partially unused.

The illustration tool is also subject to OpenAI's usage terms: openai.com/policies/usage-policies

18. Service Quality, Bug Reports, and Continuous Improvement

Puzzly is developed and maintained on an iterative basis. New tools, additional content languages, and bilingual or multi-script combinations are released as they reach production readiness. As is the nature of any software platform — and in particular one which generates content across multiple writing systems, right-to-left scripts, and mixed-language outputs — errors, edge cases, and visual or linguistic imperfections may occur from time to time.

18.1 No Warranty of Error-Free Operation

Puzzly does not warrant that the tools, generated outputs, language renderings, or specific language combinations will be free of defects, bugs, or inaccuracies. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and users acknowledge and accept this limitation as a condition of using the platform.

This Section operates in addition to, and not in derogation of, the broader disclaimers set forth in Section 8 (Artificial Intelligence) and Section 12 (Limitation of Liability).

18.2 Reporting an Issue

We value our users' assistance in identifying issues and improving the platform. If you encounter a tool that behaves unexpectedly, a layout that does not render correctly for a particular script, or a language combination that produces incorrect output, we invite you to report it so we may investigate and address it.

Report a tool or language issue →

To enable an efficient investigation, please include the following in your report:

  • The tool you were using at the time of the issue.
  • The selected content language and instructions language.
  • The behaviour you expected.
  • The behaviour you actually observed.
  • A screenshot of the issue, attached to the email.
18.3 Effect of Bug Reports

Each report received in accordance with Section 18.2 is reviewed by the Puzzly team and is used to prioritise corrections and improvements. The submission of a bug report does not entitle the user to any credit, refund, compensation, or other remedy, and does not impose any obligation on Puzzly to issue a fix within any particular timeframe. Where practicable, Puzzly will notify the reporting user when the underlying issue has been addressed.

Intellectual Property Rights in Uploaded Content

The user represents and warrants, as a precondition to using the image-processing tools on the platform, that they hold all proprietary rights in any uploaded image, including copyright, or that they have obtained a lawful written license permitting such use. By uploading an image to the platform, the user makes a binding representation to that effect.

Without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Company by law, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and legal representatives, in full and immediately, for any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, fine, expense, and cost — including actual attorney's fees — whether incurred by the Company or arising from proceedings brought against the user — arising directly or indirectly out of any breach of this representation or any infringement of third-party rights.
